As in, I weigh less than Chuck does. I don’t think that’s ever happened (seriously!) as long as we’ve both been alive! Boo-yah!

Happy anniversary to us! Chuck and I celebrated our six-year wedding anniversary yesterday. Since it rained most of the day, we hung around inside and played with Nicky. We really enjoyed reminiscing over our wedding photos and spending time with our baby. Except for the bottle of 2001 Fulkerson Riesling Ice Wine we shared [...] We live on the best street, I have to say! Obviously, we caused quite a commotion with the ambulance and such last evening, and it was so reassuring to know that everyone’s looking out for us. Our three closest neighbors all checked on us today to make sure that everything is okay, which, of [...] I just posted some photos from the past few weeks here. Also, I added a few photos from Michelle and David’s wedding last week. Enjoy! Catching up on a couple of things…Nicky got goat cheese the other day, and he seems to be allergic to that, too. We’re seeing the dietitian on Thursday, and we’ll discuss it with her then. We gave Nicky eggplant for dinner tonight, and he didn’t like it. He usually eats everything, even [...] Today, we celebrated Grandpa Gordy. Grandma Joan hosted a party in his honor at their house and there were so many people who came to enjoy the beautiful day – at least a hundred! He had a great time and was so happy to see everyone who came, especially Nicky! [...] I’m very happy that we spent our vacation time together at Gruener Beach Resort! Here’s a link to the photos from the week. We’re coming to the end of our first real family vacation week. Yes, I had to work, but only 9 am-1 pm on Monday and 7:30 am to 10 am on Wednesday. We did a little bit of work around the house in the earlier part of the week, but then we decided to [...] Chuck’s on vacation this week, yay! Family fun time… I still hadn’t been feeling well, so when Nicky woke up this morning at 5 o’clock, Chuck took care of him and got him back to sleep for another couple of hours, then again until I woke up around 8:30. After Nicky’s morning nap, we [...] Not only did Nicky have a cold (that was very short-lived), Chuck and I now have colds as well. Hopefully this will pay our dues for awhile… |
