Today at lunch, Nicky was singing “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” while he was eating a sandwich and soup. I told him that maybe he could sing after, meaning after he was done eating. He then started to sing, “After, after, after…” Nicky is so funny…I love to hear the different things he says. Here are a few that he’s come up with lately: playing “hide and secret” “No problem, Bob!” He has a whole routine down for helping me in the bathroom in the morning. He opens up the toilet seat for me, then opens [...] Last night, Nicky was grabbing at his butt after we’d put his pajamas on. Chuck asked him if something was wrong with his butt and he said yes. Chuck asked what was wrong, and Nicky said, “It has a crack in it!” I couldn’t help but laugh. Nicky really has been lots of fun so far this season and I wanted to document some of the funny things he says and does so that I can remember them. We’ve been missing “Michael”, one of the Little People, from the Fisher Price birthday party set for a long time now – it [...] Yes, I’m a freak…when Nicky naps, I watch TV with the volume off and closed captioning on. I caught something pretty funny way back when Nicky was a baby and took a photo. Chuck posted the photo to FAIL Blog last week and it did very well! Here’s the link: http://failblog.org/2009/11/30/closed-caption-fail Today we went next door to celebrate Rylie’s second birthday! A little girl at the party told me, “I like your belly”! How cute! This comic was in our Sunday paper and Chuck and I both got a chuckle out of it. I forgot to add in my previous post Nicky’s newest and cutest act – he sings “tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow” and it’s so cute! I made it my ringtone! Now we’re working on “Copacabana”, “Isn’t She Lovely” and “It’s Not Unusual”. Here is a link to a funny comic that I couldn’t seem to post directly on our page. ***According to my sister, this really isn’t that funny. I guess it just really shows how things change in life; I probably wouldn’t have laughed at this a few years ago, before we had our own [...] I had some fun this morning…check it out here! |
