Nicky is pretty much potty-trained now! I can’t believe how quickly that happened. He still wears training pants at naptime and a diaper at bedtime, but he wears underwear the rest of the time! We folded up all of his other diapers for Ryan now – I’m so proud of him!!!

We took our growing boy to see Dr. Shin this morning for a 6-month well-child visit. He was 18 pounds, 12 ounces and 28 inches long! (At his 6-month visit, Nicky was 19 pounds, 10 ounces and 28 and 1/2 inches long, so a little pudgier.) Everything looks great for him – he’s rolling [...] I made this recipe for chocolate chip buttercream frosting today and it’s now the frosting I will use for cupcakes. Chuck said he could eat a pound of it. Yum, yum, YUM! Ever since I’ve joined Facebook, I’ve been neglecting our blog site. I joined Twitter yesterday in hopes of adding my tweets to the blog so that my friends and family who don’t have Facebook accounts can follow along with our daily lives.
