My doctor’s office just called to tell me that I’m scheduled for an ultrasound and non-stress test at 2:00 this afternoon. They also scheduled me for an appointment for Monday morning, in case I need it. More news later…

I unlocked the Baby Gruener game, so anyone who wants to add or change a guess is free to do it! Just got back from my doctor’s visit; we saw Dr. Gabel again. He assured me that I won’t stay pregnant forever, but it seems my body is pretty content the way it is for right now and he seems to think they’ll need to induce me. My body has made no progress since the [...] Well, so much for the ExpectNet! baby pool…we had 32 guesses and only 3 players are left…my friend Nicole will be out around 4:30 tomorrow morning, Heidi from work has tomorrow evening around 7:30, and my sister’s boyfriend Jerry said Friday at 1 pm. I did not think this would happen! Maybe we’ll re-open [...] Looks like I’m going to make my doctor’s appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Still feeling pretty much the same, no pain at all. I had some cramping yesterday for about 10 minutes or so, then it went away. When it was time for bed, Baby was moving SO MUCH, I swear, I thought it was [...] Just got back from my doctor’s office visit that I didn’t expect to make because I thought I’d have a baby by now. I saw Dr. Gabel, who’s not my regular doctor, but he was really good. Here’s the scoop: NOTHING’S HAPPENING! My cervix has made no progress in the past two weeks. Baby [...] Due date’s come and gone, and still no baby. It’s still in there, I’m sure, moving all around all the time. Must be happy in there, now that I’m all relaxed and not working. That’s fine, it’s not bad. I’m only occasionally uncomfortable, and it’s never so bad that I can’t stand it. Guess [...] Tomorrow’s the due date. Doesn’t feel like anything different is going on here…I’m still fat, but I’m not in any pain as far as contractions go. There’s tons of pressure in my pelvis and I kinda feel like I have to pee all the time, but I’m getting used to that. Pretty much feels [...] My parents came for a visit today. We went to Aladdin’s for an early dinner, then to Phillip’s European for dessert…yum! Here’s a link to the growing belly photos…we posted a few new ones from today after we got back. (Keep in mind, I had just eaten; belly’s pretty big!) [...] Pretty boring today…got all excited about my doctor’s visit for no reason. The nurse said I look great and I don’t walk like a pregnant lady, which makes me happy! I lost a pound, my blood pressure’s good, baby dropped some more, but I’m still 1.5 cm and 80% effaced.
