I am madly in love with the hand blender that Chuck bought for me for my birthday! I want to puree everything in the world! Last night, Chuck and I made our own butternut squash bisque; we used the pureed butternut squash from a couple of days ago and added pureed red potatoes (the only way I’ll make mashed potatoes now!) and milk. Yummy! I think we’re going to have a pineapple puree-marinated salmon for dinner tomorrow night; this is the most fun ever!
