Our cousin Chris was home from Boise, Idaho this past week, and we didn’t get a chance to see him, so Nicky and I drove out to Lockport yesterday before he left. The ride was great except for the detour (it took me at least an extra 15 minutes to get there!); Nicky ate before we left and napped on the way. We had a great time visiting with Chris, and caught up on things because we hadn’t seen him since Christmas. Nicky had a great time trying to play with all of Aunt Leslie’s toys (read: breakables). I fed him before we left and he napped again on the way home. I’m so glad we went!
