As I lay down to take my nap, the phone rang. Good news, though! The contractors with Lowe’s didn’t think that they were going to have our front door fixed before the end of the month, so it was a wonderful surprise that they were able to come out this morning fit us into the schedule.
It may not sound that exciting, but it is to me! We haven’t had a storm door on the front of our house for a couple of weeks, and it hasn’t worked properly for EVER before that, so I’m very pleased. It shuts properly and locks now, so I can leave the front door open if I want to. It makes for a nice cross-breeze when we open the sliding screen door in the back of the house.
Now, if we can just get our bathroom finished…
