We had a really wonderful holiday with so much to be thankful for! We are very, very blessed to have such beautiful family in so many ways – when we asked Nicky what he’s thankful for, his answer was, “You’re thankful for Ryan!” (he refers to himself as “you”). Life doesn’t get any better than this. 
I made this recipe for sweet potatoes to bring with us to Grandma Karen and Grandpa Ken’s house – yum, yum, YUM! Totally making it again.
