…Nicky will want to read about it over and over and over again! We got that book for $1 from my mom’s Scholastic forms through day care. We read it for the first time before he went to bed last night; we read it again for the second, third and fourth times before he [...] Nicky now says so many words that I haven’t updated the list on the side of the page in probably a month. He says “neh-neek” for “technique” when he’s going to sit on the potty. He says “op-kee” for “ice cream”. He says new stuff all the time and I can’t believe it. Oh, [...] I’m a little bit addicted to Facebook. I joined on Friday because Rebecca sent me a link and I thought I’d check out her site. Turns out, she hasn’t even been on and I’ve already got a whole bunch of friends already. It’s very kewl… I had some fun this morning…check it out here! Whenever Nicky sits down on the potty by himself, I tell him that I like his technique. He started to repeat the word, which comes out “nee-nek”. Does the cuteness ever end? (By the way, he says “coot” now for cute.) We measured Nicky on October 18th (about 3 weeks ago), and he was 30 inches tall. We measured him again today, since we’ve noticed that he’s gotten a pretty good reach over the past few days, and he’s just a hair under 31 inches! That explains why he’s been eating like a piggy and [...] Nicky says so much stuff now that I can’t keep up with the list on the side of the website. We all have our favorite words that he says: Chuck – elbow Jen – pancake (it comes out “papke”, so CUTE!) Nicky – barrette (pronounced “brette” and he says it all the time!) Keanu [...] Nicky really blows my mind these days. Here’s what he’s up to: He’s putting together phrases more now, usually “more” something or something “please”. We’re spending lots of quality time on the potty chair. I’ve been having success about once a day, so that’s a start! Chuck brought an alphabet puzzle for Nicky when [...] I just uploaded and captioned the most recent photos here! Finally… The Halloween ones are at the end. Enjoy! |
