Painting in progress…

It’s just shy of 1 am and Chuck is finishing up on the first coat of paint in the bathroom.  Turns out I’m not as much help as I thought I’d be.  Once I’m down on the floor, getting up is a big pain.  I can’t reach very far, I don’t feel confident on a ladder, and I definitely can’t contort myself to paint the area behind the toilet.  So, Chuck’s pretty much gotta take over everything that I can’t get with the big roller, which is lots.  I know he’d probably rather do it himself anyway, which is why he only bought one paintbrush, but I feel badly that I’m not helping more.  He said that I’m growing the baby and that’s enough help for right now.
